Hi folks, have been checking out the weather forecast for Kefalonia in preparation for coming over on Sunday. Friday, Saturdy and Sunday look to be showery, should I pack my brolly???

The weather for your visit next week Karen looks to be broadly similar to Corfu. I don't think you can rule out showers in September but the temperatures will still be nice and warm.
I'll be on Corfu from Monday so let's hope it's nice for both of us. Have a great time!

Malton I haven't used Accuweather recently but I've now bookmarked it again as a result of your Link. It makes great reading for Greek Islands weather for some time ahead. Let's hope that's the case!

Hi Karen - Today Saturday in Svoronata Kefalonia I can report showers and sunshine. I wouldn't bother with umbrellas if you have a very lightweight shower jacket with hood as these are also good if you go on a boat trip as protection against the wind whereas an umbrella here with the windy weather is often useless! The sun is coming out and I am going for a swim. Have a safe journey and lovely hoilday in Assos Karen.

Aww, thanks francesca, Im getting so exited now, really looking forward to it, probably wont sleep tonight. Our taxi will drop us off in Assos at around 21.30, after dropping our cases off at marilena,s, do you think we will be in time for a meal down in the square?
