Last time we went we were surprised as to how 'touristy' it had got. Having said that, it's still a really nice place with its harbour and old village up the slope. Well worth a visit.

Hi there - I have been fancying Parga for a while so have decided to go next year. Been looking at some accommodation on the front of Parga town, wonder can you tell me how long the transfer from the airport takes? Any recommendations for seafront studio appreciated if you know of a good one thank you

Parga was my first Greek holiday and I stayed in the town, my memories are of friendly bars and lovely tavernas. There are 3 beaches in or around and all were easy to get to and worth a visit. Shopping was good too, with lots of quaint shops all dotted around the cobbled side streets. You get a lot of day trips from Greece and Italy so can get busy at times but all in all its a beautiful place with lots of Greek charm.
