Can anyone else see the ghost child in the Agni Webcam photo still posted?
It follows on my experience yesterday on Pantokrator. My sis. took me for a fantastic drive up the mountain, and made to go into a spring'opening, in the cliffside. I shrieked and freaked, and said, get me out, now, I cant go in there! So dark, gloomy and had a 'presence' looming over it. was it a freaky Wednesday for anyone else?
Apart from raging winds and high heat that is!

Don't panic Kate, I can see her too - probably just a superimposed image from an earlier shot!
Definitely a slightly odd day yesterday though. Late in the afternoon I called into a friend's holiday home (oddly enough about half way up the Pantokrator) to drop off some bits and pieces for their impending visit. The house is an old stone place.
I was upstairs when I heard tapping, and someone walking about on the ground floor. I was surprised, as I thought I'd locked the door, but thinking it must be the neighbours I called out. No reply, but more creaking of floorboards.
I wondered if it was my own movement that was causing the boards to creak in another room. I stood stock still. No noise. Just about to breath a sigh or relief and the creaking started again.
The tapping, followed by creaking happened 3 times in about 5 minutes, and I admit it made me a little nervous. The shutters were all secured, as were the windows and doors, and most of the downstairs is stone flooring, rather than boards so it's difficult to work out what the noise was.
I suspect it was probably the lower steps of the wooden staircase that, having been devoid of any use for a few weeks, found themselves with my ample frame wandering up and down on them. I guess the wood moved very fractionally and was just returning to it's normal position. At least that's what I'm telling myself...
I did decide to leave a bit promptly though, and in my heart I know I'd rather not be there alone after dark! Daft aren't I!!
