I like to be able to stand in the pool also, so the pool at the Matoula is perfect as you can stand in about 1/3 of the pool before it slopes away. Plenty of space to cool down or play with kids !!

Excellent had heard it was deep all the way so that's a relief, can't wait to go now only 6 weeks & 5 day's.
Sounds like you've been before, what's Acharavi like? I have read lots of varying reviews on the place.
Thanks for your help with the pool question.

Just back from a week in Acharavi, back again in 57 days fr 2 weeks and already booked for 2011, needless to say we love it. Have been going back for years and meet up with lots of other people who like us go back time and time again. Hope you enjoy your holiday, I am sure you will.
