You don't say where you want to pick-up the car (airport or your accommodation). It may depend on where you are staying as some companies have limits to how far they will deliver and collect for short periods.
If you want to pick-up and drop off in Corfu town there should be problem.
We also use and can recommend TopCars who are based in Corfu town.

We came home last night from Sidari after a fantastic two weeks. We hired a car for the full two weeks from Topcars. They came highly recommended and I have to say we weren't disappointed. Excellent service from start to finish. Will use again when we are next going (two years time because we are going to Egypt in March 2011).
