Malcy - We always used to (and plan to this time) rent from the Roxi Bar. Is it best to do this in advance nowadays? I think if I got there and there were none left I'd honestly break down into tears.
How does one go about booking in advance from the UK and how much per day does it cost (obviously minus fuel)?

I think it might be best to pre book if you want to go with the Roxi Bar as they only have about 6 or 7 boats. Early June last year they had all their boats available but by our second week all boats were going out each day.
We have agreed a price for a 30hp of 40e per day for a 10 day booking. We have been quoted 34e and 35e for a 30hp with others in Loggos but that would appear to be a slightly smaller boat with less lee board and cushioning.
I expect prices rise as the season gets busier.

Hello Mick - We are staying in a villa just inland from Loggos.
The boats that you hire on the Island are only about 5mtr and open top.
You can hire from Roxi or others and go down to Mongonissi but all hire boats have to be returned to harbour by 6.00pm at the latest.
