Yes, you can indeed walk the back way from the Telemachos (by the way that is the proper spelling) to Kato Korakiana. It is about 3 miles, the beginning of which is over very rough tracks, until you come to the road which leads from a turn off on the Paleokastritsa road to Kato. When you reach this road, simply turn right and it will lead into Kato.
We do this walk every time we go and it's very enjoyable.
If you do make it, call in at Joys Cafe in Kato, and tell George that Pam and Brian sent you !
If you stop for a bite to eat, do try Georges special salad, it's out of this world.
When are you going ?
Pam....

We are going on 24th May, Taking my Parents back again. I used to work in Ipsos and Dassia back in '86. When we were last there in 2005 we walked the back way from the Eliana, and like to eat at Le Mera (In the middle of the two roads, but will look out for Joys Cafe and stop for a drink there. We dont mind the walk as my parents are fairly fit, but if all else fails, we will call on George the Taxi man, as we used him loads in 2006 and I've known him since I worked there. Will also try the place that Frank mentioned as I dont think I have ever been there.
Thanks again.
