We are coming over to Corfu soon to discuss the build of our villa in the Arillas area. Can anyone recommend a builder in this area please. I would much rather opt for a builder who has been recommended & has a good reputation.
Any tips would be much appreciated, also I remember reading on the forum once [ but can't find it now ] about drawing up a contract with your lawyer stating completion dates etc, again any advice on this would be great.

Please could I second that request for info on builders, we are just getting to the stage of building (13 months later...). Feel free to PM me (NB: I have no PM capability at the moment as I am a relatively new member). But any info/advice is very gratefully received.

Ha! ha! You do have a "pm" look at the keys just above the picture of your cats and you will see one that says "pm" - just click on it and there you go it is easy to follow !! If I can do it anyone can!!!

It still the same, pm button is still not above my cats, or on other members posts. only the other members see the pm above the cats. Not me. I deleted internet cookies, and reloged in a few mins ago. Pm button still not there.

Could you please check something for me? If you look at the links column on the left hand side of this page, about mid-way down the section under "message boards" it says "private messenger." Could you click on that please? I think you have been sent an admin message which you may not have seen.
