Am I pychic...........or has this house been on the site before? Looks nice but I should imagine it will take a lot of time and money to do up. What is the condition of the roof?

Yes it has been advertised here before.

It is up to the byer to decide how much to spent and what he wants to do with it. I am not selling a finished house.

I haven't been there for a year so I don't know about the condition of the roof. But last year was ok.

The floor plan of the property looks OK but, from the description, it seems it is semi-detatched with a Greek family living next door.

Can you tell us a bit more about them, such as:

How many people - adults and kids? Do they stay there permanently or just for the summer? Do they have chickens or goats or donkeys etc around the property? Have you had any problems with them? Anything else that a potential buyer should know?

Yes it is a semi detached house as can be seen from the external pictures in my web site and I own the right-hand side of the building.

Nobody lives next door. Both houses have been empty for several years. The school next door, has been closed for years because of insufficient numbers of children, as far as I am aware.

I don't know how many people are joint owners of the adjoining house or if they are willing to sell it, as I have never been interested in buying it.
