Help....this is the message I am getting when I want to quote something then make a reply......why.it has always worked in the past.

Hi Jan. Yes we're having a few technical problems with the Quote button at the moment. It's a coding issue which Nathan is trying to sort for us and hopefully normal service will be resumed shortly.

Jimmy. Nothing we can do I'm afraid. It's down to the size of the original picture you uploaded (a whopping 2576 x 1932 pixels). You need to re-size it to around 960 x 640 and then upload it again...

Hi ADMIN TEAM,

I scanned a paper photo and put it into my picture file. I want to add it to the gallery. I tried to upload it 5 or 6 times and got each time the message that it was successful. So I must have sent something to my gallery. However - the picture does not appear. When I try it with another picture it works. What could be wrong with the picture? In my file it looks like all the others! (I changed it from .bmp to .jpg)

Hi Rita. . You cannot change the file type by simply altering the last three letters to read .jpg. It must be reformatted properly using appropriate imaging software or try scanning it again and saving as jpg rather than a bmp file.

I am not able to sign on sometimes. Its getting more of a problem now. I don't know if other members are experiencing similar problems.

What happened when you tried to sign on unsuccessfully? Do you get an error message?

No there's no error messages. each time I go on to the site it tells me to sign in. when I do this nothing happens..
so I try again the following day...

I should add here that this trouble started when i was messing around with my profile...since then, when I am allow access, I have check my profile out and nothing seems a miss ?

I have asked Nathan to have a look.

hiya

everytime i post a reply they dont seem to be showing up, (hope this was does!) but even somebody commented that they couldnt see tem either. i signed off and looked at the message board and my replys werent up, yet when I sign in I can see them?!

also i tried to post a new topic but its still awaitin approval (all this is in the sidari message board and possibily on the kavos one aswell.) just wondering what to do!

Hello Jaimie, welcome to the site. I am afraid several of your posts broke the terms and conditions by having excessive text talk in them, some of our members English is a second or even third language do not understand them, most of the moderators will edit a little but we are looking at over five hundred posts a day and sometimes do not have the time, you should be able to edit and resubmit, thank you.....

How do I get Ticker factory on please.

The Ticker Factory is nothing to do with us so I can't help in any other way than to point you in the direction of their website which presumably will have instructions:

Can someone please help regarding my photo album, I have added a few pictures and when I click on the red envelope (top right) 'Your Photo Gallery' I can see them fine, however when I try clicking on the camera icon above any post I make there is nothing in my gallery. What have I done wrong?

The gallery system creates a folder on the server to store your photos. The problem is the '&' in your member name. It causes a problem with the folder name creation. To cure this, all new members, if joining with a '&' in their requested member name, the system automatically converts it to 'and'. Hope your still following this!

OK, the easiest solution is for me to change your member name with an 'and' if you are happy for me to do this, I will make the change, but remember this when you next log in. Once the change has been made, you will be able to upload to your gallery.

It shows that they have written posts on the Sidari forum, but I can't seem to access them.
