Unfortunately, mozzies are the one bad thing about Corfu, but at the end of the day, as long as you take some anti mozzie spray and a plug in thingy you should be ok. Alternatively, just drink lots and the itching won't bother you.

The little devils are around alright. As long as you take the usual precautions (I think it's better to buy sprays etc out there) you should be ok. I sometimes see people badly bitten but I think these unfortunate folk are in the minority.

Hi

This was the first year I have been bit ( june). By the second night I had 12 bites on both legs & feet. We took a plug in liquid repellent and bought an extra one their. Mine happened in the bars. I bought some lovely lemon scented cream in a white container with a black mozzie on the front. This came highly recommended by locals and other visitors. No more bites for me after using it. I think it cost about 3 euros and I still have loads left......

Just avoid the one mozzie who thinks you are tasty. He will tell the other mozzies and send them straight to you.

We went in June and I thought there were less this year than other years. My bites 3 the wifes bites 0. Boots Soltan after-sun with insect repellant was brilliant. Yammas
