We've just got back after having a great time. Arillas was everything you all said it was but must say that the food and hospitality of Dimitri and his team at the Brouklis, was pretty outstanding. When we arrived, he said the rooms were basic but he goes out of his way to make sure you don't want for anything, even providing a few basic essentials to make you feel at home. The rooms are cleaned almost every other day and you also get clean towels and linens at the same time. Even though the rooms are above the taverna there was very little in the way of noise and I came home feeling very rested. We did try a couple of the other restaurants for breakfast but must admit to eating at the Brouklis every evening. I can't recommend the stuffed pork roll highly enough. We even received a welcome home e-mail from him when we got back which says it all really!
