£300 quid for a two week holiday, seems a bargain.

I wander why no one has bid on it, when 397 people have viewed the item?

398 now.

If they really paid £860 for 2 people for 2 weeks self catering in May either Roda is a lot more expensive than Kalami or they got ripped off!

good luck to them, Deedee

Didn't sell again?

Thats the third time they have relisted it.

I sent the seller an email asking where they bought it and what brochure it was in, they couldn't tell me the brochure but they did tell me which travel agent they bought it from.

It's funny that cos if you check the sellers purchase history you will find that they bought the holiday from ebay in the first place for £350!!

Sounds to me like they bought it to try and sell it on to make a few bucks........

Me right? LOL that'll be the day!

Still doesn't seem bad for a two week holiday though, but I suppose it depends where the apartments are.

Shame I deleted the email too, then I could have told you what the apartments are called

I've just clicked on one of the ad links on the left, found some late deals on corfu.

2 weeks in moraitika, s/c, 2* apartments with pool flying from manchester only £155 each!

I can't find a flight that cheap for when I want to go.

Hi sixpack

You must be right as it has been relisted again. I bet the the sellers are getting quite desperate now.

Just a note of caution, having worked in travel i would like to point

out there may be hidden costs with any holidays purchased on

auction sites.  If the holiday is being sold by someone who has has

say, had the misfortune of having to forgo their own holiday and

this is why they want to sell quickly and cheaply, be aware that

there will normally be an administration cost to change the names

of the passengers travelling by the tour operators depending on

how near to the date of travel you are when you purchase,

this can add anything from a £15 to a possible £50+ PER PERSON

extra! so it makes sense to ask the seller more detailed questions

before making that bid.

Still, if they don't manage to sell it, they can use it themselves and enjoy themselves for a couple of weeks in the corfu sun.

I can think of lots of worse things than that - but few better ones!!
