Hi all
Our names are Kevin & Janet. We are moving to Corfu in the next few weeks. We have a house in Messonghi. We would like to know if it is best to buy TV's there or bring one.

Hi KEVIN & JANET

If its a plasma or LCD type then check in the menu for (Secam B) this is what I had to set my TV to, most new LCD TV's have this setting so you should have no problem.

We are also a property owner in Messonghi, I will be there from 4th May via Manchester on the Easyjet flight for 1 week, if you wanted me to set you TV up for you then that's no problem. Where in Messonghi is your property?

Good luck with the move to Corfu.

Hi Nick,
I have a house in Roda and thinking of getting a TV. Is it correct that the licence fee is added to one of the utility bills and if so what is the cost? It is just the standard Greek TV I am thinking of. Hope you can help and have a good holiday.

Thanks Ricard.

No extra cost for TV licence - you pay whether you have a TV or not, a percentage of your electricity bill.
