Sorry Yanis for the late reply!!!! I believe the voting posts do work although as for who has benefited from it though so far - I can't say. I do think it's a better system than the star rating - there seemed to be many a fall out over this system by some disgruntled forumsters previously who used to post on the ATG site.
I have used my vote button (albeit rarely as I forget about it most times!!) when I have read a particularly good or an informative post.
