Cumin is 'kymino', unless it's known by another name too?   Never heard of Artysia.

Hi gally,
Perhaps if you could say what recipe it is for, some of our Greek residents may be able to work out what it as many things get lost in translation.

Is the cookbook Cypriot, Gally? They have different names for some things, artysia could be what they call cumin.
