Same for us Dextercat. Nothing on it at all about Zones or tax. I asked about this and they said this was the extimated bill and it would be on the next one.

We appear to have more estimated electricity bills than ones that have actually been read.
So, we wait to see what our property tax will be then although cannot see why this tax cannot have appeared on this bill whether estimated or not.
Or are they to estimate the property tax as well?
Oh well, this is Greece I suppose. Lol.

Strange how some people have been asked to pay money into their bank accounts by their Accountants for the property tax and have been told how much to send!! Which is odd if no one has been told what to pay!

I got my electricity bill yesterday & all the property tax details appear in a grey box at the top left of sheet 2. It shows the square meterage of the property, the pricing zone, price per square meter, the period of tax & the total to pay. Happily, I have to say it's far less than I was expecting! But then I have a tiny, very old house in a tiny village on Paxos

Just had another look at our bill and, if what you say is correct, we have to pay 28.32 euros which I have my doubts about.
We have over 100 sq mtrs by the way.
Can anyone throw any more light on this please?

As per Dave and Kerry's message above, Bernie and I received an email from our accountants for a one of payment for an emergency property tax - how much to pay etc.
Wait to see what our electricity bill shows when we are out in Corfu. Pay by DD through the bank.

Even more confused now if some people are being asked by their accountants to transfer monies for the property tax when, by all accounts, it is to be collected via the electricity bills.
Any monies paid into bank accounts were, we thought,to prove that you were not working and earning in Greece and had to be supported by pink slips.
Have we missed something along the way?
It appears that confusion reigns still.
