Pretty sure its Dassia, where the shop that sold electrical
electrical goods used to be, there is a lane to the right of that building that takes you to that beach. Was there about 4 years ago and could see the dilapidated huts hehind a wire fence.
I think it used to be the old Club Mediterrani

Also it was the scene of the great boat robbery when the robbers came in by speed boat and took all cash and passports from the office- and got away with it despite being chased by police

BTW some of those 'trip' boats appear to be still running from the Island
I think it is the old "Club Med" outside Dassia but could be wrong

Can't remember e≈actly what year- but think early in the 1980s. VERY fast speedboat used.
It was the Bastille Day weekend so the club was absolutely packed, and everyone left valuables- jewellery, money, passports in the office and just had their strings of beads to buy things with in the club.
The robbers were, or appeared to be, armed, and the office staff opened the safe for them and they took everything.
They were chased by police and harbourmaster authorities but their boat was too powerful and they got away.
Some years later there was a bank robbery at the Bank of Greece, when the robbers merged into the crowds using motorbikes after a successful 'hold-up- and then went to the marina at Gouvia where they had a boat waiting. Again they got away.
