Can anyone help me find a half decent house at a sensible price. I need some land with it as i have dogs, two bedrooms would be nice and i am capable of renovating a place as long as it is habitable, waiting to hear from you

I can raccomend you also ( website removed by admin team ) run by Hilary and Harry. They have a great availability of different kinds of houses all over the island, and all the house are very nice and particular.

Good luck with your search - Corfu is a great island and well worth the investment.

You should make sure you research your potential estate agent as fully as you can as it is, like in the UK, a horrible feeling if you end up not enjoying your buying experience.

There are plenty of posts on this and other sites that will offer many people's experiences.

you must come and look for yourself there are lots of property in all sorts of condition even when it looks good the places can be very damp in winter, and the views and places they are in need to be studied, if you intend to invest these sums of money spend the time looking and talking and viewing it all helps dont take thinga at face value
