I agree its been very cold, to think I was boasting to the folks back home only a couple of weeks ago about sitting in the sun with a glass of wine and my washing drying in an hour!!

So far today....a blizzard, thunder and lightning, a hailstorm, rain, sleet and gale force winds, but no power cuts - yet! Just to add to all this, we also got stuck between floors in the lift in Dimitra this morning!
It's 3 degrees outside and quite dark. I think we're in for another deluge of something at any time.

We had a power cut for about half an hour last evening about 7pm and have had loads of short ones all day today. It's pretty dire here at the moment but up to 25 degrees now in the house.

Having yet another hail/snow/sleet shower, with high winds that are absolutely freezing.Just had our delivery of heating oil this afternoon, so nice and snug. Not going anywhere in this.
It was snowing in Corfu town at lunchtime and the roads back to Sinarades were a nightmare to drive on, with snow and rain on top of hailstones.
I got soaked on the way to the gym yesterday, so turned round when I had been to the bank and went home instead.
I think we are in for more snow tonight, you can smell it in the air. If it does snow in this we are going to get drifts. Keep losing the electricity as well. Think I'm going to hibernate till April.....
