You mean like the laws that have been in place for years for EXACTLY the same things that were never enforced!
You should always wear a seatbelt (they never do), bike drivers should always wear a helmet (they never do....unless it's raining!), you are not allowed to use a mobile phone (they don't mention the hand gesticulations at the same time which means there are NO hands on the wheel at all!) and regarding drinking and driving, Greece has always had a lower limit than the UK but the Police consider beer a soft drink and have been known to drink it whilst on duty...and driving!
I will suck it and see when I am there, not that I condone or do any of the above, but the one thing they are hot on are the speeding fines on the 'dual carriageway' and in Dassia in particular.
