Does anyone know anything about obtaining public liability insurance for a business in Corfu.

Also, other than registering a business for tax, etc, do all business need a licence to trade? If so, how is this obtained?

You'd probably be best to speak to a solicitor on the island, who can help you to arrange the various licences and tax numbers that you will need.

Just the fact that someone else is taking on the hassle of doing all the running around will make it worth the money they cost.

Greek law is very complicated. Most businesses require a licience and if it is within tourism there is a high monthly tax to pay. You MUST consult a solisitor about these things.
