Buy of land or house

HI ya there silke..While on holiday at kassiopi we ventured out to Ag stefenos village In the (N.E) near to kassiopi (In the area that you are after)on the way down into the bay as you just about to bear right to go up the strip right on the left is a buildin in need of tender loveing care, Over looking the bottom end of the strip looking over the road to the sea.The wife seen it first and at to go around it just to have a we look inside(full of rusting chaires inside)but needs to be compleateley gutted out to make a home of it if it was for sell...I am sure someone would know about the property if it is for sell or not...I would buy it given the chance...chris
