Well Weve just arrived back from Kephalonia yesterday, absolutely superb,we atyed in Skala,just right (at this time of year) lots of choice for eating out,and all of the ones we chose were great food, and very reasonable. Symposium (with the gentle lilt of resident pianist) , Il Destino (the Italian job) you must visit the Loos (nothing to do with the food) they are just so well presented and so Italian. The Aleous (I think thats how you spell it, I could go on and one, you will find your own favorites.
We stayed at the AELOUS BEACH HOTEL, perrrrfect.Location ,People Quality, I cant fault it.
Captains for Cocktails is a must, we sat in the Mature peoples Lounge ( just over the road) in sumptious settees and just chill out. TINA (darlink) is an absolute peach, a great young lady who pampered me like I was a Greek God. THE SOPRANO.Sorry I digres.
This was our first visit to Kephalonia and it was perfect. We are addicted to KALAMI ,but sometimes you have to wean yourself off addiction. Or you become dependent. We will return to KALAMI next May, but we are certianly glad we made the move this time.
