Could someone please explain what the league situation is? I have looked at the AO Kerkyra website and there are two teams below them in the league table. However both these teams have only played four games this season. Is this because of a penalty imposed in the summer or will they have to play these fixtures later in the season?

They will have to play the games. They entered the league only recently because it was an issue which teams would replace the two teams that were relegated.
