I must admit I get a bit homesick waching the restaurant being set-up ready for the season.
It used to be a bit of a family affair usually and all the staff helped out (unpaid) for the month before opening. Painting chairs was the worst job with revamping the toilets coming a close second. The day before opening the resort always looked like a bomb had hit it and many a new rep suffered anxiety attacks that none of the restaurants would ever be ready for the new arrivals the next day but somehow they always were.
Kales thoulies to Nathan and all those getting ready for the summer.
