As I mentioned on another thread I have just booked 2 weeks at the Teresa Apartments for my wife and I on the 29th June 2009 flying early morning from East Midlands for Just £788.
That is good but both Thomson and Portland are selling July & August 2009 Holidays well below the prices they were charging last spring for summer 2008.
For example, 2 weeks at the Teresa in August 2008 was being advertised for £1,200 in January 2008 (and the price never came down) yet Portland is offering the same holiday now in August 2009 for £930.
Thomsons are offering holidays at many other accommodations for under £1,000 (for 2 people) in August which is considerably below this year.
I suspect these prices will rise slowly towards Christmas and quickly afterwards to reach or exceed those charged this year. The operators want to catch us now, hence the chaep prices, but this will not last once everyone starts thinking about next years holiday.
So my advice is BOOK NOW and save yourself hundreds, I paid only £100 deposit for the two off us (nothing more to pay till June) so to be honest you would be mad to delay.

Our holiday for next August was booked in April from Portland first edition and is almost £100.00 cheaper than this years.2 weeks for £720.00 for the 2 of us flying from Manchester.
Only 6 days to go for this years holiday - can't wait

And I thought I had got a good price!!
For an August holiday £720 is remarkable, well done.
It just reinforces what I said that booking early will save you hundreds
Are you staying at the Teresa again?
Cheers,
Andy
