Hi, myself and my partner are going to Arillas for 2 weeks in July, really looking forward to it it looks like a great place to go and relax. We are staying at the Marvel Hotel and was wondering if anyone else has stayed there and has any comments etc? Also, neither of us can drive so was wondering what the bus services are like and if it is easy to get to neighbouring resorts on foot. Would be grateful for any comments and help. Thanks!

I DONT KNOW ABOUT THE HOTEL BUT WITH WALKS YOU CAN WALK OVER THE TOP OF THE HILL TO SAN STEFANOS WHICH IS LOVELY I HAVE OFTEN WALKED OVER TO ARILLAS FROM SAN STEFANOS IT IS A GOOD WALK SO IT IS BEST TO GO ABOUT 9:30 10:00 IN THE MORNING OR LATER IN THE EVENING WHEN IT COOLS DOWN BUT IN THE EVENING IT IS BEST TO GO BY ROAD

hi Shadev , The bus service to/from Arillas is very poor--one about 6-30am

to Sidari/ Corfu returning at about 4pm. Nothing between. You have to walk down to San Stef. ( 20mins.) 7am - 10-30am are the best times .

check out arillas forums,plenty of info on arillas there,like blondejo20 says the bus service is poor,only 2 a day,but don't let that put you off,never stayed there,but i went to the marvel for a meal last sept,very friendly guys,good service,i've posted this url it's a link to reviews of the marvel.

Its on the main road into Arillas, but it's not a main road as we know it. Got to go to work now but will try and pm you tomorrow with more details Viv
