Hello

Can anyone advise what the rooms are like at the Hotel Romanza.  It is for two adults and one child.  Do they have plenty of room and a balcony.

Many thanks

Hiya "blue boy" there is only one photo on their web site of a room. But there is phone, fax and e mail details on the site, might be worth contacting them nearer the the time and asking them!!

Hi cadmufc,

The rooms at the Romanza are basic but clean and all have a sea view and either balcony or terrace. It might be worth contacting the hotel by e mail and stating any preferences you might have re balcony or terrace. There are no tea making facilities in the room so if you want that take a travel kettle with you. The fridge in the room is domestic size and very efficient enough to cool beer and retsina to an acceptable temp. However if you ever need anything ask Kostas or Helen and they will get it for you. Water can be delivered to reception by the first shop at the bottom of the hill provided you spend at least 10 euro. Much better than carrying it.

The only room you might not like is the one above reception, We have'nt seen it ourselves but spoke to two couples that have stayed in it and they were'nt to impressed.

Cheers

This hotel is fab !!  The rooms are not massive - but big enough for two adults and if your girl is only little it will be fine!  I went last year with my teenage daughter - the place was gorgeous, the views amazing and funny enough its true - you do get used to the hill after a while and the gorgeous Alex will deliver all your water/pop/groceries if you send at least 10 euro - he is at Kathys supermarket the first supermarket you come to at the bottom of the hill - its only small but you can get wot you want there!  The views are to die for !  If you want a "bit of posh" go and have dinner as Casa Delfino - fab!  Zorbas is great and your daughter will be entranced with the dancing in between courses and they dont try and drag you up which is great !!!

Hope you have a fab time!
