I am thinking of going out to Corfu on 2nd May for 5 days, can anyone tell me what the weather is usually like this time of the year. I know last year it was quite hot but was wondering if anyone knew any long term forecasts

Much too early to tell I think..... although it is a lovely time to visit as all the spring flowers/blossom are out, and of course the fireflies at night.
It will probably still be a little cool at night, and a chance of rain.... but usually May is drier than October (not including last year of course, when Oct was wonderful!).
Also that early, 'everything' may not be open.... but certainly enough to enjoy your stay.
