Hi Wisky

We got back last week and went into quite a few bars the lemon bar, shakers and calypso bar being a few of our favourites. The lemon bar tends to have all the youngsters in hence the reason my husband only had one drink in there and went across the road to faros it tends to be 18 to late 20year olds in there if im right. If you get chance go to sunset beach and go and see the views of a evening its lovely up there and the food is great if you want a meal there.Wish i was going back to sidari have a lovely time.

hi phina

have not stayed 9in olga but met people who were there and they said they are fab,  i went to sidari in july for the first time this year we normally go sept oct time and yes we have found the mossies were rife at this time but if you follow the threads on this site i dont think you can go far wrong and take plenty of citronella candles as we found they worked a wonder i am so envious of you going on friday wish it was me have a great time and as for places to visit aqualand is a must paleocastritsa with views not to be missed the east coast cruise was fantastic and the beach boat barbies are highly recomended, top tip is to book locally as the trips are much cheaper for example aqualand through the rep was 33euros with value travel next to the ten pin bowling we paid 15euros and we got all our triops from them they were great.  for eating you must try the three pigs were the waiters spring into dance as they serve you. for daytime snacks by the pool you cannot beat the mimosa hotel and they also do a great fun greak night i could go on forever about all the wonders of sidari i only hope you all have as good a time as we did

hi phina, we came home on friday, not stayed at olga but stayed at louisa twice now, they usually drop off at the olga just before louisa only about 200 yards away, the olga looks very nice but the area where it is is very popular anyway, and you cant go wrong wherever you stay, as for the mossies, yes they are a pain but get some plug ins and reppellent, and get some mossie spray when you get there, and spray your room when you go out at night, this seemed to work for us, not saying we didnt get bit ,but very little. you will find it great there, and i am really jealous. enjoy yourself!

Hi Wisky,

Shakers and Bolero's are two of the livliest bars.

As mentioned before, 3 Little Pigs is great for entertainment. Cactus Jacks and Roof Garden both fantastic food and huge portions. Last time we tried the indian which is a bit further out past the MacDonalds cross roads. The service there was fabulous, and a great meal too.

I'm back there in 10 days time - and counting.....

Just back last night from Sidari!

Shakers was a good night and we loved the Red Lion, Steve Spit the drag queen was great!

Symposio is the best place to eat out, gorgeous Greek food and excellent prices!
