The additional delays brought on by the added security measures should have settled down by then.......doesn't mean to say that there won't still be the usual type of delays to some flights though (technical probs, delayed incoming flights, crew over hours etc).
Be pessemistic and prepare for the worst.......then if you aren't delayed at all, or are only delayed a little, you won't feel it was quite as bad as you'd expected!!
(that's what I do anyway lol)
