Many of the tour operators will allow you to book a coach transfer if you are flying with them. This would normally be booked in advance, but can often be "added on" after the initial flight booking has been made.

Failing that if you approach some of the reps at the airport they may allow you to book seats on their transfer coach if space is avialable.

As far as I am aware there are no insurance issues as long as the bookings are done by "offical means".

Agree with you on that Acharavi.

I've approached tour reps at the airport on a number of occasions and have been lucky enough to get myself a transfer. Really seems to depend on how busy their bus/buses are, exactly what accommodation your travelling to and whether the reps and driver are in a good mood that day

Yep thats why they are cheap for us, im greek, but when my english friends tried to speak greek to the driver they still charged them full whack!! People to get over chraged with other things like their laundery if they get it done ic Sidari. Ask a local/greek before hand and the will get it sorted for you and save you money!!!
