I am trying hard to lose weight as well only started 2 weeks ago but I am doing really well and sticking to, it my incentive is a month in Corfu just hope I don't put it all back on drinking Mythos when I get there. Counting the days!!!

I've been to WW After a pretty dismal week (we had naughty food three times last week), I still managed to shift half a pound - better than nothing and in fact I thought I might gain.
Back to the diet - I will try harder this week!

Well had my weigh in early this week, my hubby just checked scales for me I am now 13 stone 10 lbs, I was 17 stone when I started healthy eating in August last year. Thanks Malcy for starting this post, and to all who have encouraged me. This will probably be my last chance to post on here, so good luck to all.
