Where you had porridge for breakfast with a dash of salt.

Well pleased with myself, another 3lb off this week, wasnt expecting it cause been hungry a couple of days and had a bit more bread, but only the kind (as in my husbands words like the bottom off a bird cage). Maybe the extra fibre done the trick. Hope all doing well, its seems harder to diet now the cold weather setting it, but making some homemade vegetable soup so that should fill up and warm without too many calories. Aw Malcy, know how you feel. I had to take our last dog to the vets for the last time and still well up thinking about it now.

Down a stone and a half but probably the same again to go-hope to have it off before the summer. Isn't it hard to loose as you get older...you must excuse me-I've a birthday coming up and I'm feeling delicate
