Oh Mrs Mushy, thats just life...good most of the time and 'normal' now and again. It will always have to be that way with me I'm afraid!
I read an interview with one of the 'so-called supermodels' and they subscribed to what they called the week/weekend thing...healthy all week...then if you want a drink (or 3 ) at the weekend, or a pizza...or some chocolate...so be it! It aint going to kill you.
GAIN TWO POUNDS??? Just work harder in the gym this week, eat a bit less, and hey presto you will be back where you were...but my god I bet you had fun over Easter LOL x

No David I totally agree, but why would you want to say no? It certainly wont kill you, whatever your weight problems are...if you say YES in Corfu, then be sensible when you get back home/myself I take a set of clothes for the later part of the holiday...

Well still not been weighed been really good this week though. Biked to work an back twice. Bit aching today as did it back to back. Thought I would sleep like a log with al the fresh air boy was I wrong lol.
Anyway holiday season has started and you's are all doing well.I'v got till september before doing coast to coast. Even if I don't loose weight[which I will]I'll be megga fit an have thin ish legs on a beer barrel belly, Oh the mind boggles lol

Hi All, just done my Friday morning weigh, 3lbs loss for me this week!! I put on a little when I returned from UK having lost 1/2 stone and lost that too!! so 26lbs so far. I went on a long walk by myself yesterday from my house up hill all the way to the monastry and all along the lane to the top of Magoulades then down to the Arillas, St Stephanos junction to see my friend, it was quite hot but deliciously breezy so was very pleasant, I do have to admit I got a lift back lol!!!

Well I read something in one of the Daily Papers this week that scientist have found a way to increase the Brown Fat and decrease the White Fat in our bodies.
It seems the White Fat is the fat that settles around our waist and tummy as we get older and slows the burning of calories down. The Brown Fat is the fat that burns calories a lot faster.
The scientist have now found a way to turn the White Fat in to Brown Fat - You have just Got to Love these Scientist
So if that is true it will mean that we will all be walking around with 22" Waist oh boy I just cannot wait.

Oh dear - Nothing lost over the last 2 weeks BUT nothing gained.
4 weeks to go, would like to lose another 7 lbs.
I'm worried that Cad's may be trying to muscle in on my body statement for a holiday!!!
Thinnish legs and a beer belly? (Probably even wishful thinking for me about the legs!)
But someone I had not seen for about 4 weeks said to me the other day that I was wasting away. It was a lady so she did get a big kiss bless her.
