Hi Bill,
Got home and weighed myself and have only lost a stone. Was but as Ben says muscle weighs more than fat, so bearing in mind all the work that I did at our home on Corfu I have turned a lot of my fat to muscle so am quite happy! Have gone down from a size 20 to a size 16 so cannot be too bad!!!

Well done Elliemay - you looked like you'd lost a lot more than a stone, so it must be muscle! Wish I had some!! Mind you, it seems my clothing size has mirrored yours, as I'm getting into 16s again too now

Hi Viv,
Thanks for that but it was so much easier being good in Corfu as it was to darn hot to cook. I was living on tomato and cucumber open sandwiches with either low fat mayo or olive oil as a spread. Got back to the UK two days ago and have already had a Chinese curry and cheesy chips, lush. Going for a full beef Sunday lunch cooked by my other half with all the trimmings on Sunday, then time to be good again. These were the things that I missed after nearly 7 months in Corfu. So will have them and try to be good!!!

We've swapped our rag top sports car for a 4x4 and a touring caravan. Starting to grow old gracefully - NO!!!
Hope to go out during the winter but am looking forward to walks along sea fronts on the Norfolk Coast and big bags of fish and chips! Oh dear. Sorry!!!

Sounds good Malcy, except grow old disgracefully!! We had a touring van for years and loved it. Can have some really good times even in winter cause most sites open all year now, or just shut January. Get a day like today, clear skys and warm sunshine (well at least till lunch), and the worlds your oyster, or is it crab? Anyway good news lost another 2lb, surprising how an health scare can give you the kick up the bum needed to get into gear!! Nearly 2 stone now, so maybe wont be a total eclipes of the sun when we get to Corfu in May Hope all well, lol Annxxx
