Well I am back from my weeks visit and have over indulged as usual resulting in my work trews being a very tight fit indeed!!!
So tomorrow it's back to walking my mile and a half or so to work and back to my healthy eating and no more Fix lager or ouzo for me for a long while...
I think I gained about 1/2 a stone in a week!!! eeeekk

Well done Lizzie,
Just have to say that you need to spend a little longer in Corfu, as with my diet of bran flakes and sultanas for breakfast, a sandwich for lunch and yet another sandwich of home grown tomatoes for tea (too hot to cook) I am a shadow of my former self. Shame but don't have bathroom scales here.
Yes I do splurge occasionally when I have guests or go out but can tell by my clothes that I have lost several pounds. Happy days.
ps. Just have to tell hubby I need a new wardrobe of clothes when I get home!!!

Hi Lizzie,
I am sure that you would not like to be perspiring (sweating) as much as I am at the moment. It is now 10.30pm in Corfu and still 30C in my lounge which has been in the shade all day. It is really humid here today and although it has been overcast seems hotter than ever as there is no breeze, still I mustn't complain as I know how dire it has been in the UK this summer.
I would just love to see some rain. Haven't seen any except about six drops beginning of July.
Sorry!!!

LOL it's not even hot here and I sweat (perspire) buckets every day...could be my age LOL, so I do know that feeling! Sadly it never puts me off my food! Last week on my med cruise the temps were ridiculous, and walking around the various ports/beaches was absolutely draining, but once back on the lovely air conditioned ship, my appetite sadly came back with a vengeance!

Hi Elliemay
I would love to be perspiring at 10.30 at night. I cannot even perspire at 12.00 midday as it is only 17C here today lunch time. Winds and rain. We even had the central heating on tonight
