I was gutted to stay the same this week, we have had our first visitors for the year. I have been making homemade bread, pavlova, chocolate cheesecake and managed to resist all. They have been having crisps and sweets and goodies and I have not been tempted, I caved in and had glasses of wine because I was being a right grumpy cow and even found 0% fat and sugar ice-cream at the Ice Dream parlour.
Still it would have meant a gain if I had all those goodies and at least I can do better once they leave, well for a week before my next visitors arrive lol!!
Keep up the good work everyone, Malcy, if your clothes are feeling a little looser dont worry too much about meeting your target before your holiday, even if you go mad when you are on holiday just think how well you have done before the holiday and how easy it will be to get back on the wagon when you get back home. Right back at the start of the topic you needed the encouragement, its certainly helped me on page 41 of the topic, thanks for starting it!!!

Well done all you ladies for your weight losses and Malcy you can do it. You have done so well so far so dont beat your self up, we all human. Im not even looking at the scales this week, all motivation has left me and I was so determined for last couple of weeks, SO cross with myself, need a kick up the bum!! lol Annxx
Another weigh-in at WW tonight. Surprised that I'd lost half a pound as I wasn't good last weekend. My weight loss is now 28.5lbs. I will try harder for the next three and a half weeks. Did I tell anyone that I'm going to Kassiopi then!!!
