Well Done Rita - another 3.5lbs and that will be 2 stone that is amazing. What a
and Rosy as well
Ann - What a good idea setting up your own business with the Toning Tables I am sure that within six months the tables would have paid for themselves - lots of people would come to use them.
Keep going all you are doing so well.

I'm such a coward. I still haven't venture near the scales. Even though I'm hitting the exercise and eating pretty well I've got very little faith. I think I need to set a day this week and have a little look on those scales. Might aim for Saturday then gives me most of the week to be still pretty good. Not used to doing this on me own lol.

1 lb off this week making it 17lbs...oh it's coming off so slowly!!! If I can have 21 off before my trip to Corfu I will be happy and then get the rest when I return. I suppose it went on slowly so has to come off slowly but it's so frustrating

Cads - You are not alone. I dare not go near the scales untill the end of next week.
The naughty weekends will be out of the way. No excuse now.
I want to go to Paxos on the 3rd June with the body of an Adonis!!
OK - Get real. A bit Overweight would be good.
It's time to get serious (panic)

Hi Ellenjay, toning tables work best if you work with them, you can just lie on them and let them move most every part of your body. There are 10 beds where I go, so 10 different kind of exercise, each lasting 6 minutes, and a massage bed at the end to relax you. If you add resistence be pushing against the tables as they move you get a better work out. The benifit of this kind of exercise is if you have mobility or joint problems that make regular exercise difficult, they are ideal, because you are not weight bearing. Thats why I like them, I do swims as well because of this, but you dont have the hassle of shower etc after. Give them a try if you have any handy, there dont seem to be as many as there were a few years ago, but have read an article not long ago that said they are trying to get them in health centres and other places because of there benifits for mobility. Hope I have explained this OK lol Annxx. ps been to Southport for long weekend and lost 1.lb but have been walking everywhere, so balanced out with a few treats.

Well I have fallen off the wagon over Easter and this week too!!! I have gained 2lbs damned you Easter bunny!!! But I have tried on the holiday clothes and they still fit fine without feeling uncomfortable (well at the moment they do!!!) I am back off to my zumba class tomorrow so I can get back into the swing of things.
I think for me because I know I have not got long for my jollies I have become lax about the whole thing but I will try I promise.
