I'm a failure, I've hit the buffers.
I HAVE SINNED TOO MUCH.
8 weeks to go before Loggos and I need to lose another stone.
I am now really determined to get that stone off.
Come on Cads. A little bit less sin!! We can do it.

Well blown it this weekend, been to Kendal Saturday and stayed over. Plenty of drink (well it was hot) plenty of food, tapas on Saturday night to die for, and red wine to wash it down. Full breaky in hotel this morning, and lots of coffee for hangover. Stopped at Woodys on way home for a burger yum! On the plus side all I bought was a load of fresh fruit and veg off the outdoor market, you would not believe what I got for £7 cause they were getting ready to close, potatos, cabbage, swede, onions, carrots, aubergine, lemons, apples, baking apples, AND a dozen large free range eggs. That should keep me busy cooking this week, already stewed some of the apples and made some parsnip soup. Back on straight and narrow now, just made a huge fruit salad, in fridge to nibble, and there no treats in house, except grandkids Easter eggs, and I could not possibly eat them!! Hope you all been good, Malcy you not on your own lol Ann xxx

Oh where do you live weshamers, all that fruit and veg sounds lovely. Plus it always seems better that supermarkets vegs. I also sinned. Was in Robin Hoods Bay for 2 days. Like you Anne the drinks were flowing yet we did walk along the Cleveland way to Whitby which think was about 9 miles so we had fish and chips. Can't go to Whitby and not have fish and chips lol. So back to normal now..

Hi Cadbury, I live at Wesham, but moving to Darwen near Blackburn after Alan as his op, I bought the veg on Kendal outdoor market from a chap who trades in Fleetwood during the week. The fruit and veg is far better quality, no regular size or shape, just natural. I try to buy local produce when I can, but nothing where I live, I go to Lytham, that has good butcher, greengrocer and fresh fish shop. We did a bit of walking at Dent, a lovely place just in Yorkshire dales, but only an half hour walk, but have swam twice this week so hopefully not put too much on. When do you do your Coast to Coast, and good luck with that lol Ann xxx

Well just came back from my Local Greengrocers and bought other half a Dragon Fruit. I know they are a little expensive I think it cost £1.75 but that is for two days. Half today and Half tomorrow. Very good for you. Also for those of you who count calories only 60 in one Fruit.
Never heard of them, will look out for those, looked at site, sounds like they really good for you, what they taste like? lol Ann xx

I would rather try and give the local village shops or markets my money than the bigger supermarkets, much better and they need the support. I do Coast to Coast in September, theres a link in beach if you want to take a look Ann x

Asked other half what they taste like. He said not a lot of taste to them at all. A bit like Water Melon really.
