Oh I like ginger tea with fresh lemon in. Well.I've never stopped today and I still going. I often go out on my bike alone. Its strange at first but once you get going its not so bad.

It's a really good class Cads, a total fat burn I am usually absolutely exhausted but I know it works I can feel it in every bone in my body. It has taken me a while to get to grips with the punches, hooks, etc but my sister I think just wants to kill me...
She loves the class but my arms don't especially when I am on the pads while she beats 10 colours out of them...
She did get to grips with it quicker than me as well.
Right the thump class... we start with skipping and then move onto pads and gloves, a series of rounds with those (oh yes with lots of squats, sit ups and abs work, firemans steps etc thrown in too...)
Our trainer is firm but it really good.
So all in all a good class just wish I didn't have my sis as my partner....

Hello - didn't lose any weight this week ... but didn't put any on either so that's a plus especially as I was really naughty last Saturday - so much so that I stopped pointing!!!
My other half has been drinking green tea for a couple of years now. He's type2 diabetic and it was recommended to him by his nurse. I've tried pure green tea but didn't like it but have tried green tea with different flavours. I've started to drink the one with apple and pear flavouring so hope this works for me! Have to say that it's quite refreshing.
Best of luck to everyone who wants to lose weight/eat healthier.

My Grandad spent 4 years in Argentina in the 20's and swore that the gaucho yerba matee gave him strength. We have the equivalent in Scotland of course. Only this morning I said to my wife "Don't drink that, it's mah tea.
