The florist in Sidari is at the crossroads near the petrol station on the way to Velonades, opposite the butchers and the betting shop.
Markato sell total yogurt there, it will be cheaper than the little grocers on the strip.

Hi Rosy yes I have discovered it here in the UK and really do have a taste for it so I am hoping I can get it in Sidari when we return in May although if not I will walk up to the roundabout and try there.
You can get in the large (Sconto?) supermarket at the main road crossroads. It is also great with apricot jam (especially the one that comes in a white 500g tub, I think the brand name begins with an 'E') for making your own 'fruit corner' style concoction. It goes really well with apple pie, the slight sourness of the yoghurt really sets off the sweetness of the pie.

Glad this topic as come back down to earth, I have found it a good place to write when things have gone well and to ask for support when things have gone wrong, also like to offer my support and encouragement when other people need it, albeit with banter and good humour. I think we all need to realise none of us are perfect and when temptation is put our way most will say yes, be it cream cake, bag of crisps or whatever floats your boat, but dont think this makes us bad folk, just human. Thanks to all who have helped me along the way, have lost 16lb since January, so must be doing something right, and if after holidays I have to do it all again, so be it, small price to pay for a week of indulgance and good time on holiday lol Ann xxx

Hi to one and all. Just back from camping. Been so naughty this weekend. Bad bad hangover today. But like we all say we only human.
I love this thread and I personally think it keeps us going because of the humour we add in it. We all doing pretty good if you ask me. We know when our mistakes have been made so therefore we correct them.
At the end of the day we know what to do and what not to do. And if we have a laugh along the way doing so be it. Life is way to short to take all these things to seriously.
Keep up the good work people..

Well last night I did it!!! Yes ladies and gents I went to the gym all on my own!!! Why you ask?? Well my baby sister competed in a rounders tournament on Sunday and by yesterday she could not walk anywhere without the sound of "ouch!!" every two minutes, so I went on my own.
I didn't do the class, instead choosing to do the cross trainer for a 30 minute pacer, 15 minutes rowing and 20 minutes walking uphill on the treadmill, still burned just over 500 calories and felt quite pleased with myself when I had finished.
I am now mentally preparing myself for this evening (that is if my sister is ok - but she likes this class so I bet she will be back in fighting form!!!) so forumsters say a prayer for me pleeeease xx
