Last time I did lose weight after my daughters birth it turned out I was suffering from Pernicious Anaemia and the amount I lost wasn't any good for me.. This year I am looking at stomach control costumes rather than bikinis!!

I've been very good this week (by my usual standards) but I could not bring myself to step onto the scales this morning.
I'll wait and step onto them next Friday!!
(What time of day shows the best loss. Morning or evening??)

Malcy I dont think that makes a difference Ive weighed myself before Ive got on my treadmill and no difference after a 4 mile run, as long as you weigh yourself at the same time every day. I keep a calendar in my kitchen and log my weight on the same day each week usually a Monday. Its always the same on January 1st every year give or take a couple lbs. I would say Im a typical yo yo dieter. As Dave says its easy to lose but hard to maintain.

I have always been told the morning is the best time to weigh yourself.
Also if you like the taste they say a Cup of Warm Lemon Water first thing in the morning is good for you (like a detox for your body) a link below shows the benefits of drinking Lemon Water first thing in the morning.

This article took me back Viv. My grandmother swore by the health benefits of drinking PLJ every morning. Might just get the lemons out of the fruit bowl now!

I'm off to Weight Watchers this morning- had lost 11lbs but put 3 back on over Christmas. Aiming for 2 stone at least off by my May holiday. As I'm getting on a bit now!!! I also do exercise as the weight is so slow to come off. Looking forward to getting into nice clothes again
