Hi everyone, this is probably aimed at the male contributors on here but does anyone know of a taverna on Paxos that covers the Sky Premier League matches

No.
However a few of the kafenions in the square show Greek football and so might cover the EPL, basicly Gaios seemed to us to be dominated by the Italians with the Greek culture/holidaymaker away from the harbourside (in Gaios) we loved the chance to eat and drink in a real Greek environment.

borotmt - thanks for your help, being the beautiful unspoilt place Paxos is I didn't expect them to have any 'skysports bars' and wouldn't normally bother (especially as we're on honeymoon lol!) but being an avid Man City fan and with it being the 'derby' whilst we're there I don't want to miss it. Looking at some of the other threads it sounds like there's always the option of watching it on-line at one of the internet cafe's. Could you, or anyone else, recommend any 'stand out' tavernas/bars in Gaios for in the evenings?

Go to Dodo's, it's behind the Neptune/Nautilus(Green Man) taverna, a really novel Greek taverna.
The other one that stood out was the taverna at the breakwater, can't remember its name but it has a small balcony and is usually full (good sign!).

Having said that Man Utd fans are everywhere, so those games are always on.

Yours long suffering QPR fan!

Thanks Paxosconcierge, the Utd fans wont be from Manchester (ouch!), always had a soft spot for the 'R's, must be the Rodney Marsh/Stan Bowles connection
