Hello,

I am visiting Kavos on the 27th of this month, however I can not find any web page that would give me a rough idea of price for a taxis from the airport.

Can anyone help please...x

try www.alfataxicorfu.com they will send you a price and even book it online for you, we have used them several times and they are brilliant, they wait outside arrivals with a card with your name on it so you don't have any waiting around to do.

Blossomboots, Kavos is at the very South of the island and is hours away from the airport. Expect to pay a reasonable amount for a taxi. Is there no other way for you to get there?

A taxi to kavos from the airport is between 60/70 euros and will take about 1 hour to get there, the taxis are just outside the arrivals

Try this:

Corfu taxi prices

With prices for non pre-booked taxis to all parts of the island from the port or airport, it is showing Kavos at 64� and St Petros- Kavos at 59�.

I suspect if you booked with them you might be able to negotiate a slightly better price...

I've been quoted between �54/� 63 return from the airport to Perama, this seems a little bit steep for a 15/20 minute 7km journey??

My sons paid 45 euros in August to Moraitika which is roughly halfway to Kavos. Would hiring a car be any better? Just a thought..

I know some friends had to hire cars when the taxi companies were on strike recently.
