We are coming to Kassiopi in June and would like to know if Christos is still doping trips from the harbour. We have been with him many times but he did intimate last year that he may retire. Can anybody help? thanks

apparently christos threatens to retire every year! i have been told by some friends who 'summer' in kassiopi each year that 'the dolphin' has been painted and is ready to go! he hadn't started the week before last, but i should think he has now.

keep off his evil free wine!!!!!!!!!!

it's his ouzo that gets me singing !!!!!

Christos should be used by more people, that way he'll carry on tripping !!!!

He doesn't need to run his own boat as effectively he now has a retirement pension.
However , he is now the only traditional boat trip out of Kassiopi, and I for one don't want to lose him.

Hope Christos is still running his boat in Sept. when we arrive. Got his details in my little book of info for Kassiopi(most of it from this site of course). And def. hope there is some of that ouzo left!!!! Although bit worried about the singing bit, could be run out of town if I started singing my unique rendition of "Murder on the dance floor"

Still too many days to go!!!

Christos came to the taverna the other day with people. As far as I could tell he is planning to work the summer as usual.

Went out with Christos for the day on Sat 15 May. Grreat trip he is still as mad as ever. N aughty naughty and he still has his whistle.

yes - christos certainly is a charmer! last year he said i could be his wife for the day (reminds me of a character from 'league of gentlemen'...)!

he gives it all the 'lovely jubbly' and so on, and lets children take the stern. he is a great character, and as bongo says, more people should use his trip - rather than the tour operators idea of a booze cruise!

Have always avoided booze cruise type trips like the plague but am intrigued by posts re christos' trips. Can anyone describe a typical day out?? Lynne.
