Hi folks.

Apologies for not being around lately. I have been in hospital for a week (second time in a month) with a twisted/infected bowel. I will keep on checking in and keeping my eye on you all

get well soon Andrea and keep of spicy food as I have been told by doctors to avoid certain foods as I suffer from I.B.S. and certain foods can badly affect my bowels.
