Cheers Chris. Dawn pinged me on MSN to say that you were trying to help her out.

It does seem strange.She was online in the afternoon if i remember correctly.Then we started experiencing problems.And then last night whilst we were on MSN,she said that she couldn't get onto the site.At first,I thought that maybe the site had gone down again,so I said that I would see if I could sign in,and I could and everything was fine.

I'm sure that she will be back on very soon. There are some very clever and experienced people on here,that might just come up with a solution. And as you say,you have e-mailed Nathan.So fingers crossed.

Once again......thanks ever so much for all your help this evening.

Jovi,

Another thing to try is click on tools,internet options. Then on the tempory internet files menu delete cookies, then delete files  (check the box delete off line files).

Hope that this might work.

I hope she gets back on soon Cindy. Apart from the suggestions given already, I can't really thinkof anything else to try.

 Since the site came back on the night before last , I've had a different problem-'pop-ups'. They've been a real nuisance and turn up whenever I move around the website. I'll have time to look at it in more detail today though sohopefully I can get rid of them once and for all!

There is one more that Dawn can try in the internet options...as per tools..open up internet options and go to avanced and restore defaults...try that one..some times work......chris

Pop ups are a nuisance.Hope you manage to sort them out.

Hi Jovi,

I am at a loss to suggest what else to do.

My last 2 suggestions are,

If on internet explorer delete Agni from your favorites & then type the agni website on the address bar.

Try Mozilla & see if you get any joy there.

I think we have exhausted all the ideas in trying to get Dawn back on to the CTG. I think it is more of a problem elsewhere as she is getting every thing else but the CTG. I still have not heard anything from Nathan on this matter as yet. I was hoping I would have by now.

I phoned dawn this morning to see if she could down load the free version of AD-AWARE SE personal...I think dawn is going to try that one as it get rid of bugs that mite be infecting her computer there was quite a few on there she said..But it was not the free verson so i think she is trying to go for the free one of it as far as i know......Chris

Hi Jovi,

I have been talking to a friend who has far more web experiance than me.

He said that if Bobbiesgirl was online when the site crashed that her IP has been blocked, the site treets it as attack. It would need Nathan to rectify this problem.
