Evening everyone,

Just wondering if you could help out here.

Bobbiesgirl is unable to access the CTG. This seemed to happen after the problems we had on here yesterday. She can access other sites,just not the CTG.

Any ideas what may have happened?

Right now I'm no expert here but it could be that if she is trying to get to it via a link in her favourites that it hasn't refreshed to an uptodate page has she tried just typing in www.agni.gr in the address bar

Of course I could be talking complete rubbish LOL

Lol talking rubbish. Just re-read this bit......I wouldn't have had a clue what to do Judie,so that's not rubbish talk.Sorry,that didn't look quite right!!

Not at all Judie, that is a valid reasoning why Dawn may have lost her link to the CTG. Worth a try anyway.

Another one Dawn is to try a System Restore, and go back to a day when everything was OK. If CTG was in your favourites it should come back again. Unfortunately it must be in your system, as it appears that every thing is running OK now.

Keep us informed of progress, and we will try something else.

Dawn has tried the above,and it still hasn't worked. Not even by performing a system restore.

Cindy, ask Dawn to disenable here Anti Virus and Firewall, and then try and get in to www.agni.gr . If this works then she can enable the Anti Virus and Firewall again.

This maybe blocking her from getting CTG. Is Dawn getting other sites OK, ie, other internets. Is it just the CTG she is not getting.

Yes hun,she can get all other sites fine.It's just the CTG that she can't get.

Hi Cindy,

I have been talking to Dawn via MSN. We have gone through a lot of things to try and get her back on line, but to no avail so far. Having used all my resources, I have a feeling that it may be a gliche at the Corfu end. Why only Dawn, I do not know. However, I have emailed Nathan, which he will read first thing in the morning Corfu time, and hopefully will check the system out there.

It is weird why she is OK with everything else and not the CTG. She did say she had a weird email, and thought that might have something to do with it, but I said it would not have, it would have effected her PC right through. Others received it as well, and they are OK.

Anyway, we will see what Nathan can find out.
